Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Saves Unconscious Toddler
A Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) trooper revived a toddler who was unresponsive at the side of Interstate 95 near El Portal, Florida, on October 16.
Footage released by FHP Miami shows Trooper Mathieu pulling over on the highway, getting out of his vehicle and performing first aid on the toddler.
