Formula One: Rosberg keeps Hungary pole after stewards probe

Nico Rosberg kept pole position for Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix after a stewards' investigation into possible yellow flag infringements during qualifying on Saturday. After a brief meeting to which he was summoned to attend and during which stewards examined video and telemetry evidence, it was concluded that Rosberg had done nothing wrong. It was thought that he may have failed to lift off and slow sufficiently when he passed Fernando Alonso's McLaren Honda after he had spun at the exit of Turn Nine on his fastest lap at the end of Q3. In a statement, the stewards said: "The telemetry demonstrated that the drivers reduced speed significantly."
