French President Francois Hollande, followed by Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, arrives for the opening of the UN conference on climate change, in Le Bourget, on the outskirts of Paris, on November 30, 2015

French President Francois Hollande and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived on Monday to greet 150 world leaders at the launch of a heavily guarded climate summit in Paris.
