Frasers Centrepoint Tops Out Frasers Tower with over 70% pre-commitment

Frasers Centrepoint celebrated the topping out ceremony of Frasers Tower on Jan 15. The 38-storey office tower has secured strong lease commitments of over 70%, with close to 50% of its retail podium successfully leased, announced Frasers.

The developer confirmed two anchor tenants who will occupy 232,200 sq ft of office space, namely Microsoft Singapore and French integrated oil and gas company – Total Oil. Other tenants include Sumitomo Corporation, Arup, Fonterra, Pacific Life, and serviced office provided The Executive Office.

The high lease commitments are a testament to Frasers Tower being the top-of-mind choice of established organisations to grow their business, says Christopher Tang, CEO of Frasers Centrepoint Singapore.

The development has a net lettable area of about 663,000 sq ft, and comprises a 38-storey Premium Grade-A office tower. The office tower will have regularly shaped floor plates 20,000 to 22,000 sq ft, which are free of interior columns to allow tenants to customise their workspaces efficiently.

An adjacent three-storey retail podium will house F&B brands like Chiak, Cedele Bakery, Workspace Espresso, and Grain Bowl, as well as Numazu, a sushi & sake bar from Japan.
