D8 - Rangoon Road

Completed in 2010
This low-density development is located on Rangoon Road and is less than 500m away from Farrer Park MRT station. It is also close to Pek Kio market and food centre, and is about 10 minutes’ walk away from amenities like City Square Mall and Serangoon Plaza.
The latest sales transaction took place in November 2016, when a 926 sq ft unit changed hands for $1.05 million or 1,134 psf. Meanwhile, a 753 sq ft unit on the fourth floor changed hands for $600,000 ($796 psf) in July 2015, and again in April 2016 for $810,000 ($1,075 sq ft).

This freehold development near Kim Keat Road is a stone’s throw away from hawker centres in Whampoa Drive and is less than eight minutes’ walk away from Balestier Plaza.
Between May and June 2017, three 441 sq ft units in the development changed hands for between $645,000 ($1,462 psf) and $708,000 ($1,604 psf). Meanwhile a 667 sq ft unit sold for $880,000 ($1,319 psf) in February 2017.

In May 2017, a 624 sq ft unit on the 13th floor sold for $900,000 or $1,442 psf.

In August 2017, a 527 sq ft unit on the 21st floor changed hands for $780,000 or $1,479 psf.
