Germany expects up to 7,000 migrants from Hungary: police

Germany expects up to 7,000 migrants who have been stuck in Hungary to cross into the country via Austria on Saturday, federal police told AFP. The first trains carrying the refugees desperate for a fresh start in Western Europe are expected later in the day in Bavaria in the south of the country as well as in Frankfurt in the west, said a police source.
