Gigi Hadid Pens a Handwritten Letter to Thank Gift Givers for "Spoiling" Her Daughter

Last night, Gigi Hadid posted a handwritten note to her Instagram Story, in which she expressed gratitude for all the baby gifts she and boyfriend Zayn Malik have received since the birth of their daughter, and promised to send thank-you cards as soon as possible.

"I just want to put out there ... while I have the time, that when I do Thank You's on here, I think of the so many generous gifts we have received that haven't gotten a public 'thanks,'" Hadid's note read. "I am overwhelmed with how many beautiful things this little one has already been spoiled with by people I love—and I will slowly probably share them. BUT Thank You cards are on their way—if I have not posted about something, it is not from a lack of gratitude. Just a new mom trying to get it all sorted while she naps!!! SO MUCH LOVE. SO MUCH GRATITUDE. WE ARE BLESSED. IF YOU HAVE SENT SOMETHING, EVEN A MESSAGE, THANK YOU. I LOVE YOU. x G"

She additionally included photos of a sample of the lavish gifts she's been sent, including a tiny Jacquemus bag, Lanvin button-ups, a fleece sweater and pants by Juliet Johnstone, merch from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (who Hadid refers to as Uncle Jimmy), clothes from Missoni, and a gold bracelet featuring her and her daughter's birthstones.

Although Hadid and Malik have yet to reveal their daughter's name, a source for E! News revealed insight into how life has been for the new parents. "Gigi is very tired but is already an amazing mom," the source said. "The first couple of weeks have been a hard transition but she hasn't complained and is very elated to be a mom."
