Gigi Leung laughs off pregnancy rumours
18 Jun – Hong Kong singer-actress Gigi Leung has laughed off rumours of her being pregnant with her second child.
As reported on Oriental Daily, the singer, who attended the 3rd Hong Kong Children's International Film Festival and Hong Kong Children's International Film Festival Carnival as its ambassador recently, stated that she was perplexed over the pregnancy speculations.
She suggested that it could have something to do with the kind of pants she chose to wear at a previous event.
"I always wear loose clothing, which is more comfortable and convenient since I wouldn't have to watch what I eat. But now I am conflicted, since people could get the wrong ideas," she said.
Asked if she would like to have another baby now that daughter Sofia is three, she said, "It's not about whether I want another baby or not. This is all God's arrangement."
However, Gigi admitted that giving Sofia a sibling would be a great thing, as she would have company at home.
"If she has a sibling in the future, she would be more responsible. But I am in no hurry. I will leave it to fate," she added.
