Gillian Chung to serve tea to Albert Yeung on wedding day
30 Nov – Movie tycoon Albert Yeung recently confirmed that he is indeed footing the bill for singer Gillian Chung's upcoming wedding banquet in Hong Kong, just as he promised.
As reported on Mingpao, the Emperor Group Chairman, who appeared at the premiere of the new movie, "Robin Hood" recently, revealed that he is excited to play the role of the 'father-in-law" for the upcoming 40-table banquet, which will be held in December.
"Gillian and her husband would present tea for me, but they don't have to kneel. Nor will I give any speech," he said.
When asked why, Yeung stated that he is worried that he might cry or seemed too old-fashioned to everybody.
On the other hand, Yeung revealed that his production company, Emperor Motion Pictures has started the production of several films this month.
This include the movie "77 Heartburns", which is the continuation of the 2017 movie "77 Heartbreaks", as well as Dante Lam's new movie, "Emergency Rescue".
He also stated that Teresa Mo, who recently signed with EMP, will have a new movie tailor-made for her.
