Women's gaming festival GIRLGAMER announced on Wednesday (4 August) that it has partnered with female-led cosmetics brand Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in a series of digital activations and collaborations surrounding GIRLGAMER events.

The collaboration marks Charlotte Tilbury's formal entry into the gaming and esports space, with the cosmetics brand saying in a press release that they aim "to bring leading cosmetics, activations, and masterclasses to female gamers around the world".

The digital activations and collaborations will start with an exclusive masterclass called ‘Level Up Your Glam’ hosted by Charlotte Tilbury skincare and makeup experts.

The masterclass will be broadcasted live on the official GIRLGAMER Twitch channel on 16 August, 8PM CET.

Viewers of the masterclass will also have the chance to win the complete masterclass kit, which contains over £800 of Charlotte Tilbury products, by participating on a giveaway currently active on GIRLGAMER's social media.

“Charlotte Tilbury’s exciting collaboration with GIRLGAMER brings well-deserved recognition to the female gaming communities’ continued growth, helping gamers integrate their unique style into their streams," said Andreia Neto, Partnerships Manager of the GIRLGAMER Esports Festival.

The GIRLGAMER Esports Festivals focused on "celebrating women’s competitiveness in video games" and served as a platform to promote women’s empowerment in the scene.

The festival has previously been held in a number of countries such as Singapore, Australia, Portugal, Macau, Dubai, Brazil, Spain, and South Korea.

This year's event features a US$50,000 prize pool and includes competitions in League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and VALORANT.
