Grand Medini Residence launching in Singapore this weekend
Another new addition to the sprawling number of developments across the causeway in Iskandar Malaysia will launch this weekend.
Grand Medini Residence by Grand Global Group is a residential development project located within the special zone of Medini in Iskandar.
The project consists of three Tower Blocks with 672 units, ranging from 474 to 1,119 sq ft.
Besides studio apartments and one to three bedroom units, Grand Medini Residence also offers a configuration of two bedrooms plus a studio unit for dual-key arrangements at an average of 1,110 sq ft.
It reportedly has green building features with lush landscape and resort-style facilities. The project is accessible via major highways such as Coastal Highways, JB East Coast Highway, and Senai-Desaru Highway.
Expected to be completed in 2018, the project is also slated to benefit from the future Rapid Transit System (RTS), Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) & Bus Rapid Transit (BRT).
As it is adjacent to Gleneagles Medical Centre and located near EduCity, a large growing population catchment is anticipated.
According to the developer, the price cap of RM1 million for foreigners will not be imposed. Additionally there are no foreigner quota and buyers can also enjoy exemption from the Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT).
The public launch for Grand Medini Residence in Singapore is from 19 to 21 September at Singapore Marriott Hotel on Orchard Road.
