There are perfectly good celebrity style moments, and then there are the looks that really stick with you, the ones you try desperately to recreate at home. In 'Great Outfits in Fashion History,' Fashionista editors are revisiting their all-time favorite lewks.

If you're new to the Carly Rae Jepsen fan club, welcome. It's not uncommon for there to be criminally underrated artists in the music industry, however, I argue my case for the queen of "Call Me Maybe" at every chance I get. Not only has she continued to make top-tier pop music crafted for serotonin overload, but she has also maintained that same sense of fun throughout her style over the years.

In perhaps the most 2012-esque scenario ever, Jepsen was opening for Justin Bieber alongside Cody Simpson at the MGM Grand Garden Arena wearing one of the fluffiest tutu-style dresses I've ever seen. (If Giambattista Valli did a collaboration with Forever 21, this is likely what it would look like.) And, honestly, it's everything.

With a black sheer mesh long-sleeve underneath the pink-and-red tulle, the singer perfectly embodied the liveliness and vibrancy that echoes throughout her discography, particularly the record "Kiss" (which she was promoting at the time).

Paired with cotton-candy-striped wedge heels and a rainbow chevron bangle set, Jepsen certainly solidified herself as the ultimate bubblegum-pop girl. All there's left to say is: My stare is definitely holding, skin was definitely showing, and Carly, call me (maybe).
