LINDSEY STEIN: Times have definitely changed, and while travel may not be deemed essential, and safety is always a priority, it's super important to take care of yourself and your mental health. If there is a US destination that's been on your bucket list, take a drive for a quick escape. There's tons of opportunity to see fall foliage, art, food, nature, often without even having to leave the comfort and safety of your own car. When determining where you'll go for your next road trip, try finding places with wide-open spaces that are great for social distancing. Also if you don't have a car, don't sweat because rental car rates can be as low as $40 a day. So it's a no-brainer and super budget friendly.

Whether you're doing a staycation or heading to a completely new destination, there are Airbnbs in every state, and so many different unique accommodations, like tree houses and cabin rentals. The best part is that you'll have the space to yourself so you do not have to worry and you can just relax. And with work from home on the rise, why not find yourself a new remote office to get a change of scenery?

Go outdoors and get some fresh air. You can do so many outdoor activities, like hiking, kayaking, going to the beach, picnicking, and so much more. For example, if you're in New York, grab a few friends and go plan a picnic in Central Park. Now is a great time to get out of the house and enjoy nature, because going outside is key for your mental health. I hope you enjoyed these travel tips, and if you did, definitely share with a friend, stay safe, and have fun planning your next adventure.
