Gwyneth Paltrow just posed basically naked in a new Instagram video, and it seems she's joining a long line of celebs spotted doing the same.
Maybe there's something in the summer air, or maybe we're all in a celebratory mood, as Insta has seen a growing group of celebs sharing nude pics as of late, including the likes of Ashley Graham, Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum. Plus, when it comes to nude snaps and naked dresses, the Kardashians, Dua Lipa, Nicole Scherzinger and Emily Ratajkowski have proven to be long-time fans of the trend.
Now, it seems like Gwyneth has officially jumped on board too, sharing a basically naked video from the shower.
Posted to the Instagram account for her wellness and lifestyle brand Goop, Gwyneth shared the selfie vid under a dreamy-looking waterfall shower while promoting her healthy-hair routine on the site.
That's what waterproof phone cases are for, right? Honestly, we don't think we have to coordination to film with one hand, wash with the other and still look good at the same time. So, hey, props to Gwyneth for this one.

Meanwhile, back in June, Goop readers were excited to see Gwyneth and ex-fiancé Brad Pitt coming together to reflect on their relationship in a conversation featured on the site. The chat saw the pair discussing Brad's relationship with Gwyneth's father Bruce, as well as her future with new husband Brad Falchuk.
Gwyneth was seen joking, "I finally found the Brad I was supposed to marry. It just took me 20 years. Elsewhere, Pitt noted how it's "lovely" that he and Gwyneth are still friends. He said, "And I do love you," to which she replied, "I love you so much."
