Hailey Bieber talks about how she and Justin Bieber will raise their future children
Hailey Bieber has spoken about how she and her husband Justin Bieber will raise any children that they have, saying they will be taught to “respect and acknowledge” others.
In September 2018, Hailey and Justin were married in a private civil ceremony in New York, having announced their engagement eight months prior.
A year later, the couple celebrated their marriage with a second wedding ceremony, which was held in South Carolina.
Having been married for almost two years, Hailey has discussed how she and Justin will educate their children for an interview in Vogue India.
The model explained that amid the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement earlier this year, she found herself questioning what she needs to do to “step up” and “be an ally”.
“It was time to look inside and reflect: what do I not know, what do I need to ask, how can I step up and do the best that I can to be an ally in the Black Lives Matter movement?” she said.
The 23-year-old added that she will ensure any future children that she has have a greater understanding on the subject.
“They will be raised knowing how to treat people, why we don’t say certain things, and why we respect and acknowledge and give credit where credit it due,” Hailey stated.
During the interview, Hailey also spoke about the different levels of fame she and Justin experienced as children growing up in the limelight.

Despite coming from a family of famous entertainers, her father being actor Stephen Baldwin and her uncle actor Alec Baldwin, Hailey said she didn’t feel famous during her childhood.
“Of course, I knew my father was an actor and he was famous to an extent, but if I was to compare how I grew up to how Justin did, he’s had a way crazier ‘famous’ experience really young,” the model said.
“Whereas I got to grow up and get my driver’s licence and really be normal until the past three years of my life.”
