Tokopedia launches new app for digital products sale – Press Release

Indonesian e-commerce giant Tokopedia on Thursday announced the launch of its new mobile app Mitra Tokopedia.

The app will enable individuals and small business owners to sell the various digital products sold on Tokopedia platform, from mobile phone creditsm game vouchers, universal healthcare fee, and pre-paid electricity tokens.

It is available for Android devices and will take up no more than 1MB of space.

Agritech startup Sikumis raises follow-on funding – Press Release

Indonesian agritech startup Sikumis today announced that it has raised follow-on undisclosed strategic investment from Telkom Group subsidiary Metralog.

Metralog first invested in the company in July.

The startup is currently developing a platform that integrates the various aspects of agriculture business, from P2P lending, financing, to online auction system.

Astra International signs partnership with Plug and Play Asia Pacific – Press Release

After securing a partnership with its Indonesian operations, Indonesian conglomerate Astra International signed a new partnership with the Asia Pacific branch of Silicon Valley-based accelerator Plug and Play on Thursday in Singapore.

The partnership will include collaborations between Astra and startups in Indonesia as well as Plug and Play helping Astra with its digitalisation strategy.

LOKET, Bhinneka signs partnership for ticket distribution programme – Press Release

Indonesian online ticket management service LOKET on Thursday signed a partnership with e-commerce pioneer Bhinneka’s B2B line Bhinneka Bisnis.

Under the new partnership, Bhinneka Bisnis users will be able to purchase tickets for shows, theme parks, and events for workshop or office outing purposes.
