The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has launched two executive condominium (EC) residential sites at Pasir Ris Drive 3 / Pasir Ris Rise and Yishun Avenue 7 / Canberra Drive for sale through public tenders.
The 99-year leasehold land parcel at Pasir Ris Drive 3 / Pasir Ris Rise has a total area of 18,576.1 sq m. It has a maximum allowable gross floor area (GFA) of 39,009.81 sq m, which can potentially yield 390 dwelling units.
The site is connected to the Pasir Ris bus interchange and the Pasir Ris MRT station. It is also close to various recreational, commercial and educational facilities, such as the White Sands Shopping Centre, Pasir Ris West Plaza, Elias Mall, the Pasir Ris Park, Meridian Junior College, Hai Sing Catholic High School, Casuarina Primary and Pasir Ris Crest Secondary school.
Additionally, the site at Yishun Avenue 7 / Canberra Drive has a total area of 27,154 sq m. With a leasehold period of 99 years, the residential site has a maximum permissible GFA of 67,885 sq m and can fetch up to 725 units.
The EC site is located at the northern fringe of Yishun New Town and near Yishun MRT station. It is also situated near several amenities, such as Chong Pang Community Club, Yishun Park, Yishun Stadium, Bottle Tree Park, Yishun Town Garden, Chongfu Primary School and Ahmad Ibrahim primary and secondary schools.
The tender for the EC site at Pasir Ris Drive 3 / Pasir Ris Rise will close on 11 October 2011, while the tender for the Yishun Avenue 7 / Canberra Drive site will end on 25 October 2011.
