Heads Up! Magnolia Is Now Accepting Reservations for Magnolia House, Carriage House, and Hillcrest Estate
Looking to get away this summer? Chip and Joanna Gaines might have something for you, but only if you're into farmhouse style and down to travel to Waco, Texas. Yes, their beautiful vacation rentals are calling your name!
Magnolia Stay, just one entity of Chip and Joanna Gaines vast empire, offers one-of-a-kind lodging options for large groups inside three beautiful estates. This week, Magnolia announced that it will now start taking reservations at its Magnolia Stay properties—which is a really big deal since these homes are always booked up months in advance! These properties include: Carriage House (as seen on Season 3 of Fixer Upper), Hillcrest Estate, or Magnolia House. You can book your stay here.
If you've ever wanted to get a taste of the Gaines' lifestyle, you should act now, as bookings are extremely hard to come by. While the spring season appears to already be booked up, you can still snag a summer or fall getaway. These stays aren't cheap though and will put you out anywhere from $545 to $1295 per night depending on what house you select, and whether or not it's a weekday or weekend stay. However, these homes do accomodate groups of 6 to 12 guests, which will split the cost even more. Always remember Magnolia's rules when booking your stay.
When you book a stay, it's for the entire home
You cannot check in on a Sunday
You must stay a minimum of two nights
You can only make reservations online
Bookings can only start on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday
Weekday bookings can only be made in two night increments. Weekend booking can be made in either two or three night increments.

Right now, it's still under construction, but is slated to open in 2021.
