On the heels of Munich's ISPO Bike, North America is hosting its largest bike-centric event, Interbike in Las Vegas. Now in its 21st year, the event expects to gather some 1,200 cycling-related brands and more than 25,000 visitors at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. In addition, the show will host an Outdoor Demo in Bootleg Canyon to give retailers a chance to test the latest products in the great outdoors. The cycling industry's innovations will also be shown at Asia Bike, which takes place from October 10-13, in Nanjing.
Yoga Journal Conference: Colorado

In one of the premier yoga events in the world, yoga publication Yoga Journal will offer more than 100 classes taught by more than 35 master and celebrity yoga teachers in the Colorado Rockies for seven days. The conference also takes place in San Francisco, New York, and Florida, with each drawing crowds of around 4000.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Kicking off October 1, countries around the globe will celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with 31 days spotlighting prevention, education, and finding a cure. International Walk to School Month

Hard Rock Cafes and Hotels worldwide
Pinktober 2013 is the 14th annual Hard Rock campaign for breast cancer awareness. Musicians worldwide will host events to support breast cancer charities that include concerts, showcases and fashion shows. There are also pink products (key chains, T-shirts, pins) for sale online and the hotels will turn down pink sheets with 25% of the room rate going to charity.
