Heart Evangelista creates her own fragrance
14 Oct - She's had her fashion collection and her paintings, and now actress Heart Evangelista is releasing her own fragrance, Linger.
As reported on GMA News, the actress, who appeared at the press conference to promote the new fragrance at Aruga by Rockwell on 12 October, revealed that she has been working on the project for about a year alongside perfumer RJ Lopena and fragrance company, Whiff.
"My sister Camille is good friends with Mishy Co who's behind Whiff [and] she said that I should come up with a perfume line," Heart said, when asked how did the idea come to be.
As for the inspiration behind Linger, Evangelista stated that she crafted the perfume from the memory of her own special day - her wedding with Chiz Escudero.
"Sometimes there's a person that would pass by and you'll remember this distinct memory because of a scent. That was my inspiration [and] that's why we named it Linger," she said.
She even infused her own trademark into the perfume box, that is her artwork that will be part of her 2018 exhibit.
