Heidi Klum has witnessed too many "Spanx accidents" in her time as a model.
The German fashion star rose to fame alongside 90s icons like Naomi Campbell and Tyra Banks and is still going strong at 41.
If she's learnt anything in all those years, it's that support underwear can prove very tricky on the red carpet.
"I’ve seen too many Spanx accidents in my time - the wind blows in the wrong direction, if the dress is too short - that I think it’s better to avoid them altogether," she admitted to the British ES Magazine.
Heidi definitely knows what she's talking about when it comes to lingerie, as she's teamed up with Australian label Bendon to create underwear line Heidi Klum Intimates.
Some might think creating tiny garments is low effort, but the blonde bombshell is quick to put them right.
"It takes some serious brains to make a good bra," she assured the magazine.
"I have whole teams dedicated to creating the perfect underwire and seamless padding. It’s not a timeless object. Like the iPhone, it needs constant updates."
The star didn't just speak about what she likes to wear under her clothes - she addressed those amazing red-carpet gowns too. Her favourite brands include Elizabeth and James and The Row [both headed up by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen] and a stand-out style moment was her Versace dress at this year's Oscar parties.
"It came with a team of seamstresses. I liked to think of them as my magical elves. It was very revealing, but thanks to the elves there were no mishaps," she smiled.
