It's an exciting year for HGTV. While we've been anticipating the premiere of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Flipping 101 w/ Tarek for months now, we're just as excited about all the other series that HGTV will be rolling out. This year we'll see shows where families must race to find a new home and relocate all within 72 hours, as well as watch a pair of sister real estate agents attempt to quickly sell houses that have been deemed unsellable. These action-packed series are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and maybe even make you a little emotional. But don't worry, the makeovers, the designers, and the stories will be more amazing than ever. Feast your eyes on this full list of new HGTV series airing in 2020.

New HGTV Shows in 2020

Unsellable Houses

In Unsellable Houses, sisters and top-selling real estate agents Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis help struggling homeowners sell their seemingly unsellable homes in record time. Lyndsay is an expert in home renovation, design, and staging, while Leslie is an expert in budget and negotiations. Together these sisters are so confident, they're even willing to invest their own money to make the sale. Unsellable Houses will air on Tuesday, February 4, at 9 pm.

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition

The iconic home renovation series formerly hosted by Ty Pennington is making a comeback! Now on HGTV and hosted by actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will introduce us to ten inspiring families long in need of a home reno. In the span of a week, the design team and volunteer force will overhaul the home and create an entirely new space for the family. Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will air on Sunday, February 16, at 9 pm.

100 Day Dream Home

Husband and wife Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt of Tampa, Florida, work with clients to create their perfect home by taking them on tours of various properties to select their dream exteriors, interiors, furnishings, and finishes. In 100 Day Dream Home, they must create a completely personalized home that is ready for move-in within 100 days. 100 Day Dream Home will air on Sunday, February 16, at 10pm (right after Extreme Makeover: Home Edition).

Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa

Real estate and house-flipping expert Tarek El Moussa, best known from Flip or Flop, will pay it forward in his new 14-episode series Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa. The series will follow El Moussa as he mentors real estate novices to help them learn the secrets of a successful flip and how to avoid costly mistakes. "My passion for real estate has led me to flip hundreds of homes over the years and I’ve been incredibly lucky as an entrepreneur to build a successful business," he said in a press release. Flipping 101 w/ Tarek Moussa will premiere on Thursday, March 5, at 9 pm.

Frozen in Time

In Frozen in Time, designer Dan Vickery and A Very Brady Renovation’s Maureen McCormick will renovate homes that are stuck in a design time warp. While Vickery works to bring the structure up-to-date, McCormick will be on the search for beautiful decade-specific pieces that will refresh the home, while still giving a nod to its orginal era. Frozen in Time is slated to premiere in spring of 2020.

House in a Hurry

In each episode of House in a Hurry, a family in need of relocation will be tasked with finding a new home in a new town in just one weekend (72 hours). The family will be aided by a real estate agent (who they have never met in person), and must make a decision on a home before time runs out. House in a Hurry is slated to premiere in spring of 2020.

Build Me Up

In Build Me Up, interior designer and author Orlando Soria will work with homeowners going through big life changes by overhauling their home and give them a fresh start. Through beautiful design, humor, and a healthy dose of moral support, Orlando will help clients transition into their next chapter by equipping their homes with the design and tools they need to start over. Build Me Up will premiere during summer 2020.

Farmhouse Fixer

In Farmhouse Fixer, Jonathan Knight (of New Kids on the Block fame), will be restoring centuries-old farmhouses in New England. In this six-episode series, he'll be updating these farmhouses to include modern elements, while still preserving the original craftsmanship and historic charm. Farmhouse Fixer is set to premiere in summer 2020.
