Historic English port navigates supply storm

Portsmouth, England's historic port located on the south coast, is navigating its way through a shipping supply-chain storm sparked by Brexit and Covid. The small hub has helped ease congestion at snarled-up larger deep-sea ports in nearby Southampton and Felixstowe in the east, Portsmouth's Port Director Mike Sellers says.
