Hollyoaks sisters Sienna Black and Liberty Savage finally reconcile

From Digital Spy

Sienna Blake and Liberty Savage have finally made peace in Hollyoaks just as they received some shocking news.

Last week, Sienna returned to the village to get her son Sebastian a bone marrow transplant — while also plotting against her sister Liberty and ex-boyfriend Brody for rekindling their romance behind her back.

However, their dynamic had a radical shift in Tuesday's (March 31) first-look episode on E4 as Sienna (Anna Passey) panicked over the possibility of complications with Sebastian's transplant.

Sienna was completely unprepared for Liberty (Jessamy Stoddart) to unload on her after months of frustration, angry that her sister has never recognised that Liberty and Brody (Adam Woodward) have always put Sienna's needs ahead of their own.

"Do you have any idea how much we love you?" Liberty asked. "All Brody and I have ever done is try and give you what you want!"

Liberty's words struck a chord with Sienna, as she begged her sister to still let her have the baby like they originally planned. At last, the siblings shared a heartfelt hug.

Meanwhile, Warren (Jamie Lomas) was actually trying to convince Brody to come to the hospital and make his own peace with Sienna — yet, when they arrived, Sienna revealed that Sebastian had some abnormal test results and might not be able to have the transplant.

"Warren, what if our little boy is not okay?" she tearfully wondered.

Though the relationships between Sienna, Brody and Liberty are in flux at the moment, Anna Passey recently weighed in on the potential of their characters reconciling.

"Brienna forever!" Anna beamed last week. "I think Brody and Sienna are made for each other, and I think they are genuinely in love.

"I think Brody is hurt and confused by his sense of responsibility for the baby, but I think his heart truly belongs to Sienna. (Sorry Lib!)"

Hollyoaks airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing on E4 at 7pm. Wednesdays through Fridays on E4 will feature classic episodes called Hollyoaks Favourites to compensate for the soap suspending filming in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
