In the cult classic film, the inventor who creates Edward Scissorhands (played by Johnny Depp) dies before replacing Edward's scissors hands with human hands. After paying Edward a visit at his castle while selling Avon products, Peg Boggs decides to take him in. While living in the Boggs' home, he falls in love Peg's daughter, Kim (played by Winona Rider).
Located in the Carpenters Run neighborhood of Lutz, Florida, the 1,432 square-foot home was built in 1989, according to the listing. The single-family home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully remodeled, the main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink. All of the bedrooms have updated flooring.
