LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. (HPP) on Thursday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter. The results matched Wall Street expectations.

The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 46 cents per share.
