One of the 20th century's most iconic and influential homes just went up for sale in Palm Springs for a cool $25 million this week. Designed by Richard Neutra, one of the world's most prominent modernist architects, this house has been carefully restored to its 1970s prominence, when Slim Aarons featured it in a now-iconic photo shoot (the most popular photo being Poolside Gossip, shown above). Held by Vista Sotheby's International Realty, the selling of this home would be huge for the Palm Springs real estate market, as it would be the biggest sale in the town's history.
