MANILA — The Bureau of Immigration has confirmed that self-confessed hitman, Arturo Lascañas, has flown out of the country.
Immigration spokesperson Atty. Antonette Mangrobang said, Lascañas went to Singapore last Saturday afternoon.
Mangrobang also added that there was no immigration lookout bulletin or hold departure order issued against him, hence they could not control him from going out of the country.
It is recalled that on February, Lascañas reversed his previous statement in the Senate hearing relative to the alleged Davao Death Squad supposedly led by President Rodrigo Duterte who was then mayor of Davao City.
Malacañang has earlier denied the allegations saying this was part of the destabilization plot against the Duterte administration. — UNTV News and Rescue
