We felt our jaw drop when we heard that you can get the Apple iPhone 4S 64GB model for just P10,990.

The catch? Stocks are limited; the deal is only good for June 12; and you have to subscribe to a Smart Postpaid Freedom Plan. The good news? At least the plan doesn't have fixed monthly service fees and lock-ins.

That's still a bargain. Remember that the lowest configuration of the iPhone 4Sthe 16GB variantsells for more than P28,000 these days, so if we needed a mobile now, we'd grab the P10,990 fifth-generation iPhone no matter which telco is offering it.

The iPhone 4S may not be Apple's flagship handset anymore, but it's still worth buying considering that the iPhone 5 is more of an evolutionary than a revolutionary product. Check out the comparison chart below.
