KOTA KINABALU: The investigation paper on Tan Sri Musa Aman’s alleged criminal intimidation of Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Juhar Mahiruddin may be submitted to the Attorney General (AG) by next week.

Acting Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Omar Mammah said police are still conducting the probe.

“We are not (exactly) sure (when it will be handed to the AG), but we will try to do it by next week,” he said when contacted by NSTP today.

Former Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Ramli Din had previously said that the paper was sent to the deputy public prosecutor but was returned, as some details were incomplete.

As of now, police have recorded the statements of more than 20 individuals to assist in the investigation.

Musa, who is former Sabah Chief Minister, left the country for four months and returned on Aug 21 when he was admitted to a private hospital in Subang Jaya for medical treatment.
