ISOTeam secures $18m in new HDB contracts

Singapore-listed ISOTeam, a building maintenance and estate upgrading specialist, has won contracts for four new projects worth a total of $18 million.

These include three Repairs and Redecoration (R&R) contracts for 52 HDB blocks in the Bishan, Moulmein-Kallang and Pasir Ris areas which will be completed in March next year.

The group also secured a Neighbourhood Renewal Programme contract involving the electrical load upgrading of 33 blocks of HDB flats in Hougang. This project is expected to be completed in two years' time.

The new contracts will further boost the group's order book which stands at $84.6 million.

Anthony Koh, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of ISOTeam (pictured) said: "We see two important growth drivers for ISOTeam. One is the government's continued support for upgrading and rejuvenation works across Singapore while the other is our ongoing strategy to penetrate untapped areas such as education institutions, army camps, Management Corporation Strata Title ("MCST") as well as industrial and commercial projects."
