Italy's Iveco appoints Anna Tanganelli CFO as of Dec. 1

MILAN (Reuters) - Italy's Iveco has appointed Anna Tanganelli as its chief Financial officer (CFO) starting from Dec. 1, the Italian truck and bus maker said in a statement on Wednesday.

Tanganelli will replace Francesco Tanzi, who had joined the company in January last year from CNH Industrial, when Iveco was spun off from the farming and construction machine maker and separately listed on Milan's bourse.

Tanganelli started her career at UBS, and joined Italian regional utility Iren in 2021 as CFO and Head of M&A after stints at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Magneti Marelli.

"Following the solid course set out during our initial 18 months as Iveco Group, she has what it takes to further energise and accelerate our transformation into one of the most innovative OEMs in the industry," Iveco's Chief Executive Gerrit Marx said in the statement.
