J&K: Indian Army organises skill workshop for women in Anantnag

Anantnag (Jammu and Kashmir), Sep 23 (ANI): For women living in isolated parts of Lar Noo village of KokernagTehsil in the Anantnag district of South Kashmir, the Indian Army organised a 45-day-long‘Cutting and Tailoring Course’. The main goal of establishing this training workshopwas to empower women via skills and make them independent. It was organised by 19 RR BN (Sikhli) of the Indian Army. At least 50 girls participated in this initiative.
