Jackie Chan on "Knee-drop Guru"

5 Feb – It was revealed that actor Jackie Chan will be making his appearance in an episode of South Korea's variety talk show, "Knee-drop Guru."

As reported on Kpopstarz, on 3 February, MBC, the station that produces the variety show, revealed that the multi-talented actor will be visiting South Korea on 18 February to promote his action film, "CZ12".

As part of his promotional activities, the actor has agreed to film an episode of the show after completing his other activities.

It was also revealed that Jackie Chan will be the third non-Korean guest, following Hollywood's Wachowski Brothers and Japanese SMAP member, Kusanagi Tsuyoshi.

"Knee-drop Guru" is an MBC talk show hosted by one of Korea's top emcee, Kang Ho-dong since 2007. The show was halted in late 2011 when Kang Ho-dong announced his temporary retirement due to a tax evasion scandal. However, with Kang Ho-dong's comeback to the entertainment industry in the late 2012, the show returned.
