Jacqueline Wong's "Finding Her Voice" won't have reshoots

25 Jun – Although her scenes have been removed from "Forensic Heroes IV" with Roxanne Tong reshooting her role, Jacqueline Wong could at least rejoice at the news that her other drama, "Finding Her Voice", will not be doing similar reshoot.

As reported on Mingpao, the news was confirmed by the drama producer Wong Wai Sing, who stated that they have decided not to reshoot Jacqueline's part in the drama due to many factors, including schedule clashes and the loss of some of the sets.

"It is just very difficult to do a reshoot in a short time," he added.

Asked if the decision had anything to do with veteran actor Chung King Fai's health as well, Wong said that the actor did agree to a reshoot in previous discussion.

"He said he was okay with it, but since there are other problems as well, we just couldn't do it," he said.

As to whether it will affect the drama's airing chance, Wong said that he will wait for TVB to make the decision, though hope it would not get cancelled.

Issues concerning Jacqueline's dramas started following her previous scandal with married singer Andy Hui. While "Forensic Heroes IV" was reshot and "Finding Her Voice" will not be doing so, her other drama "The Offliners" has been taken off broadcast schedule with no news as to whether it will air in the future.
