Guwahati (Assam), Sep 27 (ANI): A delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind and Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind met Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma to discuss Sipajhar violence. “A joint delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind and Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind met Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati to discuss incident of eviction drive in Sipajhar where two people were killed during firing by police. We are satisfied with meeting,” said National Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Shafi Madani.
