James Reid denies misbehaviour with Julia Barretto

30 Nov - Actor James Reid has recently expressed his frustration over rumours that he was getting cozy with actress Julia Barretto recently.

As reported on Coconuts Manila, the actor recently expressed his anger over the issue on Facebook, saying, "Give me a break. Does anyone really think I would have sex in a bar/public place... Stupid."

"If everyone wasn't so gullible I wouldn't even have to be explaining my private life right now. Cut the bullshit. Stop the hate."

Rumours of his intimate behaviour with Barretto sparked recently after a Facebook user called Inah Evans made a passing remark about it in her rant about the actor.

The user, who has admitted to not knowing about a rumoured romance between the two, previously expressed annoyance with Reid for refusing to take a picture with him.

Evans said that he travelled all the way to The Bowery from Bonifacio Global City to meet Reid upon hearing that he was at the said location.

The user said that Reid was with a group of friends at the time, including Patrick Sugui and Julia Barretto, and was "so occupied kissing and flirting [sic] Julia Barretto" at the time.

Reid and Barretto had been linked to each other previously. The two stars were rumoured to have gone out on a date back in July, although both denied it.
