Jane Fonda stormed the runway at L’Oréal Paris’ “Walk Your Worth” spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week yesterday.
The thespian was just one of many notable stars to model for the show. Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria, Anitta, Viola Davis, Heidi Klum, Cindy Bruna, Cara Delevingne and Andie MacDowell served up their best walks, clad in an array of metallic-inspired ensembles.
The “Barbarella” star sported a pair of high-shine Philipp Plein sneakers for her romp on the runway. Paired with opaque black tights, the style was chunky and included mesh and metallic silver leather uppers. The designer brand’s logo detailing can be found throughout the sporty silhouette.
White lace-up closures transitioned into thick white rubber soles that acted to cradle Fonda’s feet, offering added support. The sporty kicks contrasted the more formal nature of her ensemble, creating a welcomed contrast.

Fonda’s sneaker choice is most comparable to Philipp Plein’s Tropez 2.1 low-top shoe which also comes in a range of dazzling metallic hues. Whether gold, silver or rose gold, metallic hues have reigned supreme over the last few years, giving footwear silhouettes an impressive shine.
As for her ensemble, the “Grace and Frankie” actress was outfitted in a maxi-length trench coat dress. The garment was crafted of metallic fabric and covered in silver rhinestones that mirrored the lustrous nature of her footwear. Additionally, the dress was belted, creating dimension while defining Fonda’s silhouette. Contrasting gold hardware pushed the shine factor just a bit further.
A woman of endless style, Fonda favors classic silhouettes with the addition of a pop of color or sparkling embellishments. Rather than follow trends, the icon has made a name for herself by carving her own fashionable path. Fonda has collaborated with a myriad of top brands over the years like H&M, Canada Goose and Margaret O’Leary, among others.
