Japan’s Sanrio Secret Garden Collectibles arrive in Singapore at 7-Eleven

Fans of Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Cinnamoroll rejoice! 7-Eleven is launching an exclusive range of collectible drinking glasses in collaboration with Sanrio from 10 June onwards.

The collection comes complete with a matching stirrer topped with a figurine of the cute characters, motifs of Hello Kitty Rose, Lala Baby’s Breath, Kiki Sunflower, Cinnamoroll Dandelion, My Melody Tulip, and Hello Kitty Peach Blossom are embossed on six different glass designs.

Each glass and stirrer set in the glass collection showcases the classic Japanese mix of kawaii design and aesthetics.

Out of the six designs, two of them showcase Hello Kitty, an extremely popular character from Sanrio with her characteristic red bow. Created in 1974, Hello Kitty is the second highest-grossing media franchise of all time.

Other Sanrio characters in this exclusive collection include My Melody, a little girl rabbit who wears a red or pink hood that covers her ears, and Cinnamoroll, a delightful and slightly chubby white dog with long rabbit-like ears that enables him to fly.

Kiki and Lala from Little Twin Stars, a pair of angel-like characters, are also showcased in this collaboration on two different drinking glasses designs.

To redeem the glasses, spend S$4 at any 7-Eleven store to get an original sticker stamp, or purchase any Star product to get two stamps. Collect eight stamps and add S$6.90 to redeem a Sanrio glass and stirrer, or 16 stamps to get a glass and stirrer for free.

7-Eleven has also launched a bi-weekly lucky draw campaign that gives shoppers the chance to win a complete set of the Sanrio Secret Garden glass collection with any purchase of S$4 or more. The Sanrio Secret Garden glass collection will run from 10 June to 4 August and while stocks last.
