Jennifer Lopez is sharing a touching moment with one of her fans!

The singer and actress, 55, appeared on the Nov. 8 episode of the The Graham Norton Show, where she had an emotional reunion with a fan she had met the day before the show was filmed.

The surprise reunion came after Lopez, who was in the U.K. promoting her new film Unstoppable, discussed the cancellation of her This Is Me... Live tour in May and recalled a sweet interaction she’d had the previous day.

“I would like to apologize to the fans, because I know a lot of them were coming out,” she said on the show. “I actually saw fans here who told me, this was actually very touching, coming out of the hotel yesterday they were like, ‘oh I had tickets to go see you,’ and I was like, ‘I'm so sorry’ and he was like, ‘don't say sorry. We love you.’ I started crying right away."

A man from the audience then shouted to Lopez that he was the fan she had spoken with the previous day, to which she responded, “Was that you?! Oh my god,” while pointing over to him.

Lopez then got up from her seat, walked over to the fan and hugged him, appearing emotional as they embraced as the fan appeared to reassure her some more.

After hugging, Lopez told him, “I got in the car and literally cried. Honestly, it was very hard for me to cancel and I've never done that before. I’m sorry.”

The fan told her, “I understand, JLo we understand,” as Lopez replied, “Okay, good.” The pair embraced a final time before Lopez returned to her seat.

“I love my fans, oh my god,” she added.

Earlier in the show, the Unstoppable star had discussed her decision to cancel her tour to spend her summer instead with her children, 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

“I decided to take this summer off and be home with the kids and it was the best thing I think I’ve ever done,” Lopez said on the couch. “It's not like me to do that.”

Lopez announced her tour cancellation in May, sharing in a statement on her OntheJLo website at the time that she was "taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends."

The tour cancellation came amid reports of Lopez's separation from her ex Ben Affleck. Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck, 52, on Aug. 20, after two years of marriage.
