Best believe she got bejeweled for 'Wicked.'

"Something has changed within me. Something is not the same." So sings Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West in Wicked's "Defying Gravity." And so said I when I saw Jennifer Lopez's bejeweled dress at the Los Angeles premiere of the musical.

Lopez made a surprise appearance at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion to support Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, and the rest of the cast and crew as they brought Wicked to the big screen in Los Angeles last night—and Lopez certainly went all out for the occasion.

She wore a stunning Zuhair Murad gown covered in intricate beading in golden earth tones. The backless halter neck dress featured a bodice bra that was attached to the long skirt with a band at the back and a round beaded piece in the center of her stomach. The bedazzled skirt sat around her hips and fell elegantly to the floor and featured an extra high thigh slit on the left side.

Lopez paired the slinky gown with two bejeweled cuff bracelets, a rectangular silver clutch, and a pair of strappy silver heels.

As for her beauty look, her hair was styled in a soft updo with romantic curtain bangs. As her hair stylist Andrew Fitzsimons noted on Instagram, the look was inspired by Brigitte Bardot. Her glowy makeup look, by Rokael Lizama, featured sparkly golden eyeshadow to complement her dress.

Lopez's stop at the Wicked premiere comes after the actor made a number of appearances in the UK as part of her own press tour. While promoting her upcoming film Unstoppable, Lopez wore a slinky white knit dress followed by a film noir-esque black and white look this week. She also showed off a plunging LBD on Instagram, before appearing in London in a bold leopard print coat with matching knee-high boots a few days later.

Lopez's many sartorial wins aren't the only thing keeping her busy. Earlier this year, she and Ben Affleck announced their plans to divorce after two years of marriage.

Speaking with People earlier this week, the actor explained that her busy career and personal life have made for a "pretty intense year." Once her press obligations for Unstoppable slow down, she's planning on having a quiet holiday season. "I’m most looking forward to spending time with my kids and my family coming out from the East Coast,” she said, adding, “The holidays are such a special time for us, and they’ve always been since I was a little girl. And I really look forward to those moments when I can be with my sisters and just relax and have fun and create new memories.”
