Jericho Rosales doesn't mind being second choice

The Filipino actor plays the lead in "Walang Forever" after JM de Guzman was dropped

9 Oct - Actor Jericho Rosales is delighted to be selected as the new lead in the upcoming film, "Walang Forever".

According to Rappler News, the 36-year-old star, who replaces JM de Guzman that was dropped from the movie amid rumours of attitude problem, stated that he doesn't mind being second or third choice.

"As long as the project suits me, I know I can do a good job in playing a role," said Rosales.

However, the actor confessed that he is clueless as to why de Guzman was dropped from the project in the first place, and believed that the latter might have been busy with his soap dramas.

"I know he is very busy with his soap. It's the same for me. My life gets hectic when I am on a soap," he said.

To be directed by 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival's Best Director Dan Villegas ("English Only, Please", "Bride for Rent"), "Walang Forever" will also be an entry for the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival.
