The luxury condominium is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2023.
Jervois Privé, a 45-unit luxury condominium project at Tanglin, opened for preview last Saturday (25 May), with early bird prices starting from $2,816 per sq ft (psf).
Located at 100A Jervois Road in prime District 10, the maiden residential development project of Midas Land is nestled on a 27,109 sq ft site where the former Jervois Green development stands.
The low-rise development comprises five units of one-bedroom apartments priced from $1.62 million, 30 two-bedroom units that are offered from $2.01 million, and 10 three-bedroom units priced from $3.18 million.
Designed by award-winning architect Yip Yuen Hong, Jervois Privé also features a jacuzzi pool, a 25m swimming pool, an indoor gym and outdoor fitness area, as well as a BBQ pit and dining pavilion.
The freehold development is near the Redhill MRT station, which is a mere 10-minute walk away, and two upcoming MRT lines (Great World City and Orchard Boulevard). It is also a five-minute drive to the Orchard Road shopping belt and a seven-minute drive to the Central Business District.

Slated for completion in the first quarter of 2022, Jervois Privé is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2023. The project is marketed by PropNex and SRI.
