Joey Wang sends greetings

3 Feb – Considered to be among the most beautiful actresses in the Chinese film industry, Joey Wan Tsu-Hsien, who acted in 68 films and was well-known in the 1980s and 1990s, had just suddenly gone off the radar.

Convictions of her involvement with married tycoon Peter Lam in the mid-1990s, led the former actress who held the records of making 12 movies a year to go missing in action. But nonetheless, her devoted fans and media had yet forgotten about her, with attempts to track down her whereabouts and well-being.

According to Daily Chilli, a Netizen had made claims that he was given the green light by the 46-year-old striking Taiwanese actress to publish the most current photograph of her on the Internet.

"Jie jie (Sister) asked me to post this photo for her fans and friends to thank them for their support all this while."

"This is a present to all of you for the birthday wishes you all have given her," wrote the Netizen named Wang Zi Yue.

From the picture, Joey is seen keeping her trademark long black hair and the smile on her face has reminded many people of the legendary Nip Siu-sin, a character Joey played in "A Chinese Ghost Story" which co-starred the late Leslie Cheung.

The photo has been widely circulated online with many people praising Joey for being as beautiful and attractive as before.

"She is no doubt the most beautiful Siu-sin," wrote one Netizen.
