Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp attacked her on May 21

In a declaration provided to the court, Heard said that Depp “grabbed the cell phone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.”

The declaration also stated, “Johnny continued screaming at me, pulling my hair, striking me and violently grabbing my face.”

“During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me,” Heard claimed.

Heard’s declaration states that, during the alleged May 21 incident, Depp “picked up the magnum size bottle of wine he had been drinking out of, and he started swinging it around, smashing everything he could.”

“Suddenly, he began obsessing about something that was untrue and his demeanor changed dramatically,” Heard said of the events of May 21. “He became extremely angry.”

Heard claims that Depp showed up at their home at approximately 7:15 p.m. on May 21 “inebriated and high.”
