Judge declines to dismiss alleged Proud Boys leaders' charges

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly has declined to dismiss an indictment charging four alleged leaders of the far-right Proud Boys with conspiring to attack the Capitol on Jan. 6. Defense attorneys argued that the conduct the men are charged with is protected by the First Amendment right to free speech.
