4 May - Karen Mok has recently expressed her interest to reprise her role in the final chapter of her 1995 hit two-part movie, "A Chinese Odyssey".

As reported on Oriental Daily News, the singer-actress, who attended the launch of a new coffeehouse at the Polytechnic Institute recently, stated that she has heard about Jeffrey Lau's plans to direct the final chapter of the film.

"This year is the 20th anniversary of "A Chinese Odyssey". I also heard that there will be a celebration, though nobody has contacted me to confirm it," she said.

Karen would also love to star in the final chapter.

"If the movie is going to happen, I have to have a part in it. The previous ones were a classic and everybody loved [my character] Bak Jing Jing."

Aside from "A Chinese Odyssey", Karen also hopes that Jeffrey would remake another classic, "92 Legendary La Rose Noire".

"When I was studying in England back in the day, the film made quite an impression on me," she said.

Nonetheless, Karen said that she will be too busy for movies for the rest of 2015, as her concert tour will begin in September.
