Kate Middleton Has a New Go-To Color (and She’s Not the Only Royal Who Loves It)

Based on the outfits Kate Middleton, 41, has been wearing for her royal engagements this week, it looks like Wednesdays aren’t the only days the Princess of Wales loves to wear pink. (Mean Girls, anyone?)

On Thursday, May 25, Princess Kate paid a visit to the Foundling Museum, where she had a chance to talk more about her new campaign, Shaping Us, and highlight the project’s mission to help raise awareness of early childhood development (a cause the royal cares for deeply).

During the outing, the royal was spotted rocking a pastel pink Alexander McQueen power suit. She chose to wear one of her signature hairstyles, which includes a slightly off-center part and loose, wavy curls.

If you’ve been keeping up with Kate’s other outings this week, then you may have noticed this is the second time she has worn the color pink.

On Monday, May 22, Princess Catherine made a surprise visit to Chelsea Flower Show in London. In the photo below, the mother of three can be seen donning a long pink dress to the event, where we also got a chance to see her show off her go-to parenting move when talking to a student.

And it seems like Kate Middleton isn’t the only royal embracing the color pink in their wardrobe. On a recent family outing, Spain’s King Felipe, Queen Letizia and their two daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia wore various shades of pink (per Hello! Magazine).

For the occasion, the king sported a colorful pink tie with a white button-down shirt, and his wife wore a matching short-sleeve shirt and slacks. As for Leonor and Sofia, they both stunned in hot pink ensembles.
