The Princess of Wales reportedly loves eating this refreshing, no-cook meal during the warmer months. Once TikTok foodies got ahold of the recipe, it went viral—and the rest is history.

“A source close to Kate Middleton actually told a newspaper in the U.K. that Kate, during the spring and summer, she loves her salads with watermelon, cucumber, avocado, lime and feta cheese,” says PureWow creator Juliette Moreno. “So, Kate actually hasn’t released her recipe for the go-to salad…but a chef on TikTok that goes by @alexkitchenstory actually posted their version of Kate’s recipe and that’s what we’re making today.”

It’s as easy as chopping a bunch of produce (in case you need help cubing the watermelon, use our handy guide), mixing a three-ingredient dressing and combining it all in a bowl. But is it tasty? Watch the video here to find out and get the full recipe.
