Kathryn Bernardo wins The Eddy's Best Actress

17 Jul – Kathryn Bernardo has recently won yet another Best Actress award.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress was recently named Best Actress by the Entertainment Editors' Choice Awards for Movies, also known as The Eddys, for her performance in the KathNiel flick, "The Hows of Us".

This is her second win this year, following her previous victory at the 35th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Movies. The actress is currently busy promoting her new movie, "Hello, Love, Goodbye", co-starring Alden Richards.

On the other hand, Best Actor was awarded to Dingdong Dantes for his performance in "Sid & Aya", while Best Picture went to Kip Oebanda's "Liway".

The Eddys is an award that aims to encourage local filmmakers to continue pursuing their passion in creating films mirroring realities of the Filipino society.
